The room was newly remodelled & huge. Its decoration was lovely, the bed was nice, I had a good sleep. Location: the hotel was really close to Close to beautiful beach as well as Sunny Port Douglas. I ate in the poolside restaurant nearby😃😀

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to restaurants, the dock for boats to the Great Barrier Reef, and a beautiful beach. Being just a short walk from the main strip, the Four Mile Beach district was a great area to stay in.

Great location with easy access to taxis, restaurants, bars, and the town center and marina 🚖. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. Our room was super cozy, and the bathroom was top-notch.

Great relaxing hotel, I loved its very central location adjacent to most bars and restaurants, the beautiful beach and the Main Street, and cafes. I stayed in the room that was cleaned out in the bedrooms and available on the balcony. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the poolside bar.

All the staff were competent, knowledgeable.

I had really poor breakfast, it could be way much better.

Our room was super spacious and had a nice lagoon view with a balcony! 🌴

Well situated to reach the town centre on foot.

The hotel with its huge pool and sandy beach is ideal for children, and the noise level is correspondingly high. The spa suite is only separated from the neighbouring suite by a wooden wall on the terrace, i.e. you hear everything from the neighbours and vice versa.

Very good location next to the beach and center of Port Douglas. Comfortable rooms and good facilities. Excellent service

I spent 3 fantastic days here and will definitely be back. The hotel had spacious, well-appointed, and well-furnished rooms. I was offered a savory breakfast with prosciutto, ham, and traditional turkey.

Everything was great

Service slow, and suite was on walkway with lots of traffic and people noise as there was a seat outside our bedroom where other guests drank and smoked

I liked the fact that they had a beautiful pool right outside your door. The surroundings were wonderful and we felt very relaxed. I would like to go back soon and take my family to Port Douglas. A great place to escape the bustle of life and chill out a bit, walk along the beach.

The property's location is marvellous, short walk to the marina, Four Mile Beach and shopping and restaurant district. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and stylish with exceptionally comfortable beds.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with balcony. Had a shower, a hairdryer and towels in the bathroom.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk into town and enjoy ourselves without needing to worry about how to get back to our accomodation. The setting was lovely around the lagoon pool and Brian the conscierge was very helpful. The setting of the restaurant was also lovely.

The lady who checked us out was a bit flustered. There were a lot of young children which we weren't expecting.
